Refunds

Orders and reservations are not refundable or transferable. If after making your reservation you need to cancel or change the date of your order, you should contact us as soon as possible at 787.977.0777. If you are eligible you will receive a credit so you can use it on your next purchase. Changes will be accepted only 7-14 days before the reserved date and will require our approval.
